Program Evaluation
SEECAP Final Evaluation 2009.
Summative evaluation of SEECAP’s leadership training programming. This report analyzes all components of SEECAP’s leadership training over the previous twelve months, including ExCEL, Symposium, and Special Events. Staff from CalSTAT designed the survey and database and collected the survey data for Symposium and Special Events evaluation. The report was provided to the Special Education Early Childhood Administrators Project (SEECAP), a project administered by the San Diego County Office of Education Early Education Programs and Services Unit and funded by the California Department of Education/ Special Education Division.
The Role of the Coach in ExCEL.
Evaluation of a leadership training program for those providing early childhood education and early childhood special education. This thematic report evaluates a key program element: year-round one-to-one coaching for members of the training cohort. The report was provided to the Special Education Early Childhood Administrators Project (SEECAP), a project administered by the San Diego County Office of Education Early Education Programs and Services Unit and funded by the California Department of Education/ Special Education Division.
Fall 2007 ExCEL Seminar Evaluation.
Evaluation of a leadership training program for those providing early childhood education and early special education. This report evaluates the intensive program element that includes year-round one-to-one mentoring together with annual customized training seminars for a cohort receiving training over a three-year period. The report was provided to the Special Education Early Childhood Administrators Project (SEECAP), a project administered by the San Diego County Office of Education and funded by the California Department of Education.
Personnel Center: Summary and Evaluation.
A three-year evaluation of the Personnel Center, a national organization dedicated to increasing states' capacity in special education personnel development. The Personnel Center engaged in multi-state technical assistance and capacity development for personnel development, and this report summarized achievements and challenges at the three-year point of their five-year program. The Personnel Center is more formally known as the National Center for Special Education Personnel and Related Service Providers.
CalSTAT Leadership Site Profiles.
Profiles of seventeen schools and districts in California receiving funding through CalSTAT/CDE that have implemented collaborative reforms supporting a unified approach to general and special education. The profiles were developed under the auspices of the California Institute on Human Services at Sonoma State University for CalSTAT/CDE.They can be found online at www.calstat.org.

Birth and Beyond Home Visitation Program—Year Three Evaluation Report.
Evaluation of a multi-site child abuse prevention program using paraprofessional home visitors, multi-disciplinary consultation teams and family resource centers. The program is based in Sacramento County, funded by the County of Sacramento and administered by a public-private collaborative partnership.

Community Needs and Resource Assessment.
This needs and resource assessment, a collaborative effort of CJM Associates and the TAC, assembled primary and secondary information on needs and resources in Placer County in a traditional indicator format, together with demographic information on Placer County's residents. The assessment was commissioned by the Technical Assistance Coalition of the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Placer County as part of the strategic and programmatic support provided to coalition members.
Sonoma County SB 697 Needs Assessment 2005.
A tri-annual assessment with information on demographics and population health indicators, as well as an analysis of the needs of caregivers to the county’s elderly. The report was completed to fulfill requirements under SB 697 for health needs assessment by area hospitals and was developed under the direction of a collaborative of hospitals and public agencies, the Sonoma County Community Health Committee of the Sonoma Health Alliance.

A summary of qualitative research conducted on selected Sonoma County communities for the United Way of Sonoma-Mendocino-Lake to augment community indicators developed through the Community Action Project.
Multi-Cultural Health Improvement Initiative Implementation Plan, 2002-2003.
An implementation plan for a program to address health disparities for cancer and diabetes experienced by communities of color in Solano County. The initiative was sponsored by the Solano Coalition for Better Health and funded through the California Endowment. The plan included a literature review and evaluation design developed by UCSF’s Family Health Outcomes Project, a collaborator in the planning process.

Results of a survey conducted for the Sierra Health Foundation in 1998 to determine the points of collaboration between the traditional public health delivery system and the managed health care system in the greater Northern Sacramento Valley area.
